This is one of the best sketchbook for beginners, if you work with watercolors giving time to dry for each layer then it will the best, otherwise it won't hold much water. Also at this price, getting two sketchbooks is just ??, this sketchbook pretty much doing great for me!

Quality's good. Thickness is very well suitable for pencil drawing. But u can't use more than 3 layers of watercolor if u don't dry it each time.highly recommended for this cost.

You get what you pay for. Great product , Faber Castell Pitt artist pens work great on this sketch book. Camlin brush pens also work great without bleeding on the back side of the page, but if we overwrite or colour then it will bleed through. The product is exactly as it is mentioned on the sketch book front page.
