Ingredients: Ragi Jowar(Sorghum) Foxtail Millet Moong Dal Bengal Gram Brown Rice Almond Flour Cardamom powder Vitamins and Minerals How to Use: 1. Add 1/2 cup of water or milk into a pan 2. Add 3 level table spoons (30 gms) of Sathu Maavu mix 3. Mix well to remove the lumps 4. Cook on a medium flame for 3-5 mins and stir continuously to avoid lumps 5. But it used to take lot of time and efforts to prepare similar food. Now Slurrp farm's Sathu maavu has removed all our worries.
