The item looks nice. Smaller than I thought.Problem is it has a sharp edge along the external parting line. Where you hold the mug, there is an edge which can hurt your fingers.The die must be worn out badly. Not acceptable.

I had brought 2 sets of Borosil cups. Both are light weight and prints are neat. These cups are smaller in size compared to other one in the image. Due to smaller size it might be difficult to hold the cup if the tea/coffee is very hot. But the cups are really cute and will definitely be liked by kids

The packaging looks fine but when opened one of the cups which is kept at middle is completely damaged. But the quality looks fine. Although the product needs to be shipped with extra care as it is fragile.
