While the size is ideal for a 1-2 person household, the product is of average to low quality. The lid is too tight and tends to be tough to open, often resulting in the start button switching on by mistake. The base and the kettle are not well fitted, which causes the kettle to wobble.

Happy to purchase Cello electric kettle, it is easy to use and easy to clean also. I found only one problem of cord length. When you are charging this much then why can't you charge extra 10 RS for extra length of cord.. if you are increasing the length of cord that will not cost you more than 10rs (Bulk qty). I recommend the Cello electric kettle .

We use to have another electric kettle which we had used for more than an year to boil water for drinking purpose, never we saw a white powdered layer in the kettle as well as the flask where we stored the water for drinking, but with cello, every use we observe a white powder both in the water as well as the kettle. We tried different sources of water including mineral water to check if the source of water is problem, but every time it is the same result.
