Before buying this product, I thought it was from Prestige, so it would be good. However, after using it for 5-6 months, the on/off button became loose. Since it was still under warranty, I tried to have it repaired at the service center. The service center did something and said that it burne but I have photos and videos showing it was working before I took it in. I went to the service center in January 2024 and haven't received any response since. I followed up with both Silkrute and Pigeon customer care but received no proper response. I am giving up on it now, but I suggest not going for Pigeon products. Their services are very poor.might be unlucky where I have visited
