It becomes hot outside of the body after filling hot tea or coffee and getting heat lost gradually within one hour. So, tea or coffee getting cold as insulation is not properly done. Need replacement against warranty immediately.

This is Milton teapot nice small 500ml 3tea in one jug/one more 750 ml 5 tea in one jug use hot tea not a more long time hot but one/two hrs for good

The product is satisfactory..it is working as per mentioned in description.. Tea or water remains very hot for 3 to 4 hours and after that it slowly cools down. I would say it is easy to clean and very much user friendly for two peoples.
