I have Milton flasks of 2L,1L and 1/2 L Capacity bought over amazon and locally. Current review is for 2L Carafe bought from Amazon.Pros:Easy to clean.The build quality is very good.Good for traveling.Regulated movement.Partially environment friendly. The Cap is plastic, but still ok to use.Cons:Lid on the top made of plastic has thin lever which can get break if not handled properly.24 Hours Hot or Cold feature works well only in the initial weeks. But this gradually fades over the time and stops working altogether in mere 2-3 months of use. Now when we pour hot water, the outer metal too gets hot. And the vacuum feature is totally dead.The product warranty is for a year and if you bought the product locally, you can easily get a replacement at the store. Since this one was bought over Amazon, i didn't bother to go through the hassle of replacement. Now we use it as a regular 2L water canister for travel purposes.Hence the 3 stars.

I am using this for more than 3months. The product is fine ????Pros-*Good seal for preventing water leakage*As lock on lid to release water*Strong and durable handle*No heat on body*I tested hot water to whether it as ability to store water for 24hrs. It reaches the correct temperature for 17hrs after that the temperature is little bit down but the water is still hot. Value for money

The packaging claimed 24hrs insulation. In real time its good enough for 6 to8 hrs. The top portion (lid portion) is responsible for letting down this otherwise durable and smart looking milton. Gets my job done anyway so 4 stars.

It is quite good at what it's supposed to do and the quality is at par to what is expected, but the claim of keeping things hot for 24 hours is too much, honestly it doesn't keep any thing hot more than 12 hours, and that too is a stretch if you keep opening it. It definitely can keep it warm for a few more hours after the initial 12,

1st year- water reatained temperature for 12 hours2nd year- temperature retention for 8 hours, lid broken, which is very common in this product as per other reviews.3rd year- after 4-5 months , it stopped working.The product is good with 2 years durability, except the lid which breaks very soon, in most of the cases and it is hard to find the similar lid in market, I could not find. Overall I had a good experience but comparing price with durability I find it expensive for the worth.
