Making black tea is fine. But when I go to make the normal desi tea with milk, the kettle gets stained. Pretty hard to remove that stain (does go away after a lil hard scrubbing) . Otherwise the product is amazing. It does mention that the proudct may break if it falls so you have to be careful.

Its said a chain is as strong as its weakest link.Though the glass is good its plastic handle is its weakest link.I bought it a year ago now its hanlde is broken and its not available with any of the authorised dealer in my city.So now its nothing more than a show piece.I advise any ptospective buy against buying it.

I was a bit worried befor looking at the pics, thinking it would be very fragile, but after purchasing it, it turned out to be everything it promised. I use it to boil mostly water on the gas stove for my green tea. And boy it can handle the flames. Just follow the instructions in the manual and you are good to go. Cleaning is so easy, i mean literally super easy. Glass quality is top notch, and the plastic bit on top are pretty high quality and sturdy. Been 2 months i am using it, and it is as good as new.

Very convenient to use and clean as well. One thing I would like to share thatstrainer is totally of no use as tea blocks holes and you can't pour tea into mug. You need to remove lid and have to use other strainer .Rest Freedom from typical Indian kitchen tea utensils.
