Really unique utensil. It is not a casserole and would not keep rotis warm for long. It is a roti server that means you can keep hot rotis in it and they would not get wet. The unique plate keeps even the last roti fine. Also keeps it warm for a short period of time. Nice built quality. Way to go borosil

PROS- Appealing stainless steel finish- Capacity is more than adequate- Glass cover is durable- Can be used to store non-gravy sabzi/ medium gravy dishes.- Retains food smell, as in there is no plastic smell intrusionCONS- This is not insulating- Glass lid is not lockable- Retains heat like any normal plastic casserole.- Slightly priceyBuy for the capacity, aroma retention and looks. Not for insulation.

It keeps the chapati dry without using any cloth which is what I needed. I kept the chapatis for 3 hours and they were fine without any sogginess. There is very minute space in the lid which I feel could have been removed by using gaskit.

I'm using it. Look good, feel good everything is good form out side.but Maa doesn't like it. Purpose to buy this is totally unworthy.... If u rich then u can go for it. It will inhance your superiority. By the way I'm not rich ????
