It works as promised.The blades are sharp so while taking out dough fingers get deep cuts causing bleeding. So dough blades should be of plastic like material.The jar if fell from shelf at floor during washing unknowingly has got cracked turning point between bottom plate and vertices wall so its material should be little more strong as while working in kitchen things tend to slip at times.

This Dual food processor is the best product out of any other market product. blades are sharp and easy to chop veggies as per our requirement. Slicing onion was difficult part but this food processor makes it easy. I have been using this product since past 3 months and still it works as like first day. I haven't tried it for kneeing the dough yet , but cutting, slicing and chopping is done with ease. Cleaning is easy and hassle free. But be careful with the blades as they are very sharp and you may end up hurting your self, as i did with the deep cut on my index finger.Definetly Go GO for this product. I will surely recommend this food processor

Good product. Easy to use. Good quality. But, one handle to hold it during operation is not easy. During slicing/shredding, one should not press the fruit /vegetables hard. The rotating operation becomes hard as support for the blades are on disc's axis Shaft only. Also, blades are very sharp, so there should be space to keep it safely which is not available. There are three blades /attachments. Out of these, you will have to keep two of them outside. These are cons. But some prons are too ie no any electricity is required. Very fine pieces can be made easily by using 4th gear. So, its very easy to make manchurian and vegetables soups. As I have got it in lighting deal @₹599 only, I find it best at this price range.

Very sad product and sad service.The product is highly priced , but thought by name of wonderchef will be nice product.But it is not. As seen the jar is made up of plastic and the handle is attached to plastic jar. I have use this product for two months ND one funevday the handle was little loose. I thought I will check on site for this details, after two days the handle came out.I wrote email followed and they said they will send technician. The technician was just a Kay man with prepared answer that he cannot do anything ,company will not listen an if you want you pay 390 for replacement of jar.But what if I pay this amount ,it didn't last two months how further it will last and this is plastic product which is easily breakable by usage with no time warranty.Don't buy and waste hard earn money.. see pic how plastic came out.

Chopping on 1st gear is okay but when shifter to the 3rd gear setting it gets stuck and required tremendous force. Makes wierd noises and slips. Not useful due to poor design. Also kneeding dough is also a hassle as the gear gets stuck alot and does not move.

The pros - the blades are nice n sharp. Makes cutting n chopping effortless. It's manual so works even when there is no electricity. The container is large enough to accommodate a large quantity of veg's.The cons - considering the fact that you are going to use this product everyday, it's is just not as sturdy as it should be. The design of the lid n handle could be better, not concealed properly which results in food getting stuck in small opening making it difficult to clean.
