Worst experience with amazon so far. I have ordered 36 piece set but received only 28 pieces and among these 1 bowl,2 quarter plates are totally broken. I can't believe that brand like borosil can do this kind of packaging.Very disappointing experience.

Product is excellent but internal packing in box was very bad all crockery was packed in broken thermocol pieces and it was with. All the 6 dinner sets which I bought online.

Ordered this one for my crockery unit and not to be used regularly. Overall satisfied with the product however this could be more sturdy but with the price, we can't expect more. I would suggest not to buy if you are looking for a daily use dinner set.
