Advantages
The best pan available for making mini uttappams, set dosa, pancakes etc. It is heavy bottomed, has a non-stick surface & an easy-to-hold handle. Cleaning is easy too. However, due to it's wide surface one needs to adjust the pan on the flame to ensure even cooking from all sides.
