It's not working properly, not whistling, we steam out manually. Food also completelysticky, burned and changed.

The design is bad. Even if weatcj the arrows to close the lid, it's very tight and then we need to press it on the other side very hard to fit it properly. Similarly , opening the lid is very tricky. It is very tight. I am not comfortable to handle it. Since I used it many times now, I can not even return.
