Great material . I've bought a big one, no.16, 5.5ltr capacity. Worth to buy but dissatisfied with the handles, straight to kadai. They should be quite upward.. Quality of handles also not up to the mark.. Otherwise, best product! ??

When ever I was using this I’m getting some smell of metal that used in this vessel. I tried cooking multiple different curries all those I could see the same metal smell. I tried cleaning thoroughly. Keeping a side for long time , but no luck

Advantages
Small Kadhai, useful to prepare breakfast for 1 person. As it is anodized it can be clean with a regular scrub but preferably avoid the use of steel wool to maintain its shiny surface. Once the Kadhai is hot lower the gas to simmer and bagaar the onions or else the onions will burn.
