Writing the review after using the kadai continuously for two months. Suitable for deep fry, stir fry... require little oil. Used it mainly for puri. Easy to clean, many a times I just wipe with cloth after use. Seasoning good, just have to apply little oil after washing and heating. Those who want healthy cooking utensils for life time can go for it.

I prefer this kadai after a lot of research as the weight was less than 2kg and so I can use it easilyRest it serves all purpose like deep frying, cooking Subji which is sufficient for 3-4 personsI seasoned but I go with instructions and seasoned it again it’s working wonderfully ????????????????????

The kadai is heavy and steady when kept on the gas. Heat retention is for a long time. If you know how to take care of cast iron utensils, go for this.It is not that pre-seasoned as mentioned. I had to do proper 4-5 times seasoning before I could use it else it will start rusting within few hours.
