Very cheap quality product with missing items & unfinished product. It has no branding or label. It's not at all has an induction base. Product was already returned by someone & it was forwarded to me. Very unprofessional behaviour from the seller as well as Silkrute.

Easy and quick way to make idlis using this idli maker. I have been using this product for more than six months now and I think it's perfect for my needs. It just about takes 10 minutes to make idlis in this. You need to ensure that you have put in sufficient oil in each cavity for the idli to get the right softness.Upside: Easy to use. The Idli maker makes a funny whistle when the idlis are ready.Downside: It can only make 16 idlis at a time. So you will need several sessions to make many idlis for a large family. At times the idlis didn't get completely cooked but that may be a result of the dough not being right.Other users seem to have complained about it being low quality and parts coming off. But I have had no issues so far.

The piece I received has manufacturing defects. The central rod which supports the Idli trays is tilted to one side. Idli batter tends flow and collect on the lower end. Worse the product was not carefully finished at the manufacturing stage. There are rough metal inside the pot where soldering was done. One of them actually scraped my hand while cleaning and caused an injury leaving a bleeding scratch. Very disappointed. PBM

Perfect for my needs. Good quality steel. But the packaging was not good. Just a tape around the original box. Also, two screws were missing. Fortunately I had replacements handy. The handles were packed in a sealed pouch. The screws should have been packed along with it.

Liked the product overall. Received on time ! The stand is nice and sturdy and very easy to use. Just one thing though - the plastic tip piece that is placed on the top most plate was not that great in quality. It was really small, poor quality plastic and doesn't fit after 2-3 uses. Other than that, great product.
