The overall product quality is good, just the problem I found in the top 2 idly trays. They should be fix as 3rd and 4th tray. The holdings of the trays can be improved, the bar which is given o hold the trays can be little longer so that you can hold it properly.The idly maker lid is too tight for idly makes, its hard to remove especially when is hot.

This was my first time making idli, product is amazing easy to use, just one feedback there should be a marker till where you've to fill water for ametures like me :) i try to fill till the line is but that messed my idlis in the bottom

This product came with only the plates. We thought that it has been mis-informed and initiated return. Later we got to know that the cooker part has been stolen and we received only the plates. The receiver said you report missing part. Now we are stuck. This is a very poor system. Are we going to lose money? As the product is useless without the cooker and only plates.
