The product is of very nice quality, no questions about it.However, the promised Cookbook (recipe book) is missing in the box, which was supposed to be there as it's mentioned on the box too (with picture)!!!!Please send me the cookbook.

Good pan for cooking omelet or to toast or to roast something of less quantity. I am not a fan of non stick so this is anadoised and requires oiling. It's a quite small pan.Perfect pan for preparing pancakes.

If you are purchasing thinking it’s non stick then don’t purchase because this product is not non stick. Food sticks whenever you cook, less oil or more oil , low flame or medium flame...it’s the same... sturdiness of pan is good but I guess I wasted money thinking it’s non stick.

I purchased this thinking it was a Non stick Pan , and from Day 1 even frying an egg it was getting messed up . I thought it was new and hence used it a few time to make simple Egg Fry but every time it would Stickthough it said warranty is 5 years but do not see any way where my problem would be solved . Very Unhappy with such a reputed brand i though .

Oil and spices-mixed water easily gets inside the rim of the lid, and cannot be cleaned. One can see in the photos attached, in particular the last two of them, where I have taken close-ups of the rim of the lid, how oil-mixed water enters and gets stuck inside.

When measuring. Please measure the bottom. I measured the top The bottom is less than the top rim.Unfortunately ended up buying a smaller one Than I thought.
