Advantages
Using it for more than a year and it still working as good as it was. It is a really nice product. Even if forget to switch the plug off after an hour it won't spoil the food and there would be no damage to your lunch box also because it has a particular heat which does not exceed beyond a particular temperature. The two cons are that its size and body. I drive scooty to office and I have to put the lunch box between my foot and its cover is not that solid it can get break easily specially its handle.

Thermostat may not be working as it is becoming very hot, to the extent that water in it started boiling. The tiffin can't be handled because it is burning hot.I returned it and purchased another one of same company, and realised that they have purposefully made it heat up to this level.I am happy with the product. Thanks.

It's electric for name sake, it says keep it in for 45 mints to get the hot food however no matter you keep it for 45 mints or 2 hrs you'll only find this uppar lid is warming up a bit and once you open the tiffine you'll get a big surprise of cold food only.Do not waste your valuable money I would suggest.I would rate 0 out of 10 for this product

The wire attached to the lunch box was very weak and when I plugged it yesterday, there was a short Circuitand it btoke off after a big spark. The product is under warranty. Need replacement .
