Just opened the lid normally and glass got broke. Its very delicate glass , not suitable for daily use kitchen item. Not expected this from a reputed brand like borosil, I am using similar jar from different brand from last 4 years and they are still good.

Stands top for the brand name; as advertised. The height of the container is 10.2 cm, Diameter 9.2 cm, Thickness 0.2 mm, so the diameter edge to edge is 9.6 cm. The lid is made of good quality aluminium material on the outside and plastic layer on the inside with a rubber layer for air tight seal.

Lid quality is poor. I got the lids which seems like someone used earlier??. Glass is much thin and that can be breakable due to a small shock.Only air tight feature of lid is good.
