Purchased the product sometime back. Did not like the design and build especially of the top portion. It does not look like a well built product for the price and honestly gives a Chinese product vibe. I have purchased a similar one from another company and it looks more sturdy compared to this. Not sure how long this would last. It does keep tea warm for 4 hours atleast. Also my drink does not spill. I wish they would improve on the design which looks like it could break any day. I have used Milton products before and have loved their built durability and performance.
