Been using since a month now and no issues. Product is good. Except that sometimes the top extra lid comes out, need to fit it bck again. Water remains hot though for atleast 8 hrs.

Product is good as per my normal use. It retained temperature of fluids upto 7 hours in my first use. I think it would have retained for extra hours but my fluids got used up. During this observation I opened it up four times which may have led to loss of temperature yet I felt it same as I have filled.It's a great to have a space in the lid for tea bag coffee pouches and sugar sachets. Simply amazing work done by Milton. This product is meant for person who appreciates asthetics but if someone is looking for 24 hour cold and hot logo, milton hasn't guaranteed the same on this series of product. I think 420 ml is not much amount for which milton should have thought to preserve temperature for 24 hours. Simply enjoying it.
