After consuming for more than 2 months, I am writing this review. This rice does not decrease my sugar level. In fact, it increases my blood sugar level. I don't recommend this product. This is very rich in calories

Being diabetic, one of things that I can't usually eat is "Rice". Looking at the claims by Sugar Watchers Low GI Rice, I decided on trying this out. While I had fingers crossed and hoped that this works, I was highly disappointed by the results.I usually follow a low-carb diet and am very particular about measuring Blood Sugar before and after the meal. BS at the start of meal 90mg/dL, 200 at 1 hour mark and ending up at 250 at 2 hour mark.Diabetics should not fall for this and shouldn't try this at all.
