Dry fruit chikki was synonymous with one thing holidays in the hills! Back in the day with meager means and much enthusiasm the whole family would pile into our trusty red Maruti 800 (yes the old model that very much looked like a toy car) and head to rain-clad lonavala. The brand name Paper Boat the dry-fruit ckikki, I was expecting an authentic flavor. But, to my surprise it tasted like chewey Coconut Candy. There were hardly any pistachios or almonds either. For the high price and not so great flavor, I am disappointed. Would not recommend buying this product. With such a high price the taste falls short (same thing was expressed by my friends with whom I shared this chikki).
