Advantages

These shitake mushrooms as fantastic. While you might find one or two that are too bitter upon rehydration, the vast majority as perfectly good and flavourful. They add a fantastic and complex umami dimension to any broth you add them to, and are a perfect way to add that meaty flavour to your vegetable stock. Theyre a great textural addition to a stir fry and taste great with noodles and rice as well. A satisfactory purchase.

Advantages

Decent value for money as it is a 1 kg pack, but the mrp listed online and on the actual packet differs by more than a thousand bucks. Would appreciate if there could be more transparency and honesty in online labelling. The vacuum packing was not in tact but flavour is standard.
