When I opened the box it had insects inside It doesnt has any dates to know how old is this tea . And it says you cant return this product .

The teas are good but the box( what we actually paid for) is extremely poor quality. inconvenient both while opening as well as when closing. One has to almost like fight with it to open or close it. I had bought it to place in the guest room but now have kept it in my kitchen only as it's really not worth showing to the guests to select the teas
