The packaging and get up is good. The goodness ends there.It is a case of more hype than substance. A customer pays more for an incense stick for its aroma, if the aroma long lasts long it is even better.The present product is touted as Saffron Sandal.There is neither any aroma of saffron nor of Sandal even for a second.The same experience that one would get from a Rs.15/- packet where a stick euphemistically called a aggarbatti just burns and there is nothing else.A big rip off. A good marketing strategy as this company seems to follow can take a bad product only this far and no further.
