Shudh Dhoop Pure Incense is made of cow dung and selected pure herbs without any artificial chemicals. It emanates a subtle fragrance, purifies the air, brings a peace of mind and creates a spiritual atmosphere. Direction: Light one Dhoop incense. When it starts to glow, put out the fire and set the incense on the clay holder. It will burn for approximately half an hour. It is recommended to use not more than one stick a day in a well-ventilated room because too much may not be good for health even when natural incense is burnt.
