26 out of 30 made it. I think the product is very delicate. A little bit costly for the size and quality of the product. Packing and all was overall good. I would just suggest Silkrute to give the exact size of the box. The box in which the diyas came was fine. It was the exact size needed. But there was bubble wrap in the bottom only. That too a very thin layer. I think such delicate things should have more stuffing and protection. Also, that box of diyas was put in another huge box and paper was stuffed on the side. I think it can be another reason why those diyas broke. Just my opinion. Otherwise the product is fine.
