The product comes in a sturdy pump bottle sealed in a plastic wrapper. It has a gel-like consistency, and a single pump of the liquid soap lathers as much as I need to wash my hands. I'm glad this does not dry my hands. Also, it takes a few extra seconds to get the soapy feeling off my hands while washing. It has a very mild smell. I doubt the smell is even citrus and tulsi, even though the ingredients label mentions lemon peel extract and tulsi(Ocimum Sanctum) extract. At ?95, this is a good hand wash you could purchase.

This sanitizer releases white layer when rubbing against the palms. And releases foam when the hands a re washed a while later. This is waste of money, rather go for a premium product like Dettol or Lifebuoy.
