Soothing - As the product says that it's sensitive. My skin is actually very sensitive and it gets tan and oil very quickly depending on the kind of exposure it gets. Generally, I wash my face before going to bed and then later I apply moisturizer, but the next day when I wake up. My skin used to become oily. But now I've been applying this Water cream instead, and now I feel a lot lighter and glowy plus less oily. So it's really beneficial for people who especially have dry skin also it does not makes it oily. Must try product.
