I bought this gel about 2 months ago. Really enjoyed the consistency on my face especially in our lovely Indian Summer! It suddenly started smelling about a week ago, and I contacted their Instagram page for the issue being resolved. The brand was very courteous and heard me out. They then immediately offered to send a replacement and said they would figure out why the issue happened. I think it was due to the lack of strong preservatives, which is honestly a good thing for me, (the purer the better) but the sudden extreme heat could've caused the issue..Could be just a faulty batch too. Just refridgerate your jar to avoid issues, because i hadnt :) Over all. Very happy with the brands response and even with the product itself. Buy it!

I have ordered this on recommendation of " shefali Rawat's youtube channel 'shef' .Got my product today and used it first time trust me this is the best aloe vera gel . Better than a moisturizer . it is not sticky unlike patanjali aloe vera gel .you will feel like you have applied nothing on your face .I will definitely buy it again
