Used it for the first time and it does leaves the skin soft. No dry patches and skin feels smooth. It is good for dry skin. I have combination skin and it did well on my skin. The scent is bit weird but the product gives justice to what it said. The best face-wash that I have used till date.

I think this is nt best for oily skin bcoz my skin is oily n I feel after using this facewash I have so many pimples on my face before my skin was clear bt nw after using this everyday i get a new pimple now I'm going to change my facewash ...n yes those who have normal n dry skin go for it this is best for them but not for oily skin

Very good shampoo, no build up at all.I used have build up of shampoo in my hair when using dove soo i thought i would give this a try and it was amazing!!Using a conditioner is a must! DO NOT USE SHAMPOO TO HAIR IT'S MEANT FOR THE SCALP!I don't recommend buying biotique conditioner coz i haven't used but u can use any conditioner (Personal Recommendation : Tresemme keratin smooth conditioner)Thia shampoo cam be used for virgin hairs too (ie no colour treated hair or any other treatment)Fyi-i have a virgin black hair and it is definitely suitable!Also getting same product in cheaper price than marker price is a bonus!GO FOR IT!

We had been using Pantene shampoo - Smooth silky care, since almost 2 decades. Since the last 3 - 4 years, i started suffering from excessive hairfall after a head bath. Tried all versions of Pantene shampoo, but to no avail. Brand loyalty is something i firmly believe in. Besides, am against experimenting with unknown products and chemicals on hair and skin, but had to find a solution to my hairfall.Finally, thought of trying this natural shampoo from Biotique. While it does not form too much lather and has a mild fragrance, it has drastically reduced my hairfall. Even my family members feel that their hairfall too has reduced a lot.
