This charcoal mask is good.. it's vry sticky so it gets dried up easily and u can peel it offvery quickly. Regarding removal of hair and black or white heads. If it pores are not open it don't pull them out .. U can take some steam to open up ur pores b4 u apply it . But it truly cleans and brighten up the face ... I recommend it.

Reviewing on the bases of 1st use easy to apply,gives cooling effect after application,need very less amount of product while applying so tht the good one , doesn’t have that pleasant scent may be because of the rosehip oil but did great job by removing dirty and excess oil on my face over works well with frequent uses

It is a good face peel off mask if works well but the problem i felt was about its package its packaging was worst all the cream does not come outside after giving also..i felt very disappointed on that bcz after 2nd use the cream was not coming outside from the package even after keeping it safe a cap tite...so they must provide good package also bcz to use the provide we also need good packaging other wise it will get stuck and we cannot use the cream...
