I wanted to use it for Ganesha Pooja, however this is not Red Sandalwood powder (Raktha Chandan) as described. I didnot get the scent of sandalwood.. I am very disappointed by Silkrute and the seller also. Except the red color there is nothing in it. The texture of powder is hard not smooth like sandalwood that we usually purchase in general stores. I purchased this with high hope but it was very disappointing finally!

This is just wow. The packaging is great I am in love with this.

The product isn't finely powdered and it has small wooden bark which doesn't let it form in a paste... Honestly it has wood smell instead of sandalwood and it also leaves red stain on your face.... can't tell if the product is genuine or not!!!
