It is original product and I think it is from govt approved sandalwood sales by kerala govt.Product wise, it takes time to soak since it is dried powder from tree wood unlike turmeric or other powders. I have used once and I felt it increased blood circulation on the face which gave a healing effect. Do not expect any whitening since product does not have any added bleaching agents.
