Problem: I never had seen with a talcum powder bottle of 300 gms is 25% empty (almost 100 gm) from inside. This might be a case due to the design of the bottle or else some 3rd party theft. The KSDL hologram sticker was removed and resticked for one bottle and from that point I had a doubt about the 3rd party theft issue and this should be taken into consideration. I don't wish to defame a genuine product. I want answer from the manufacturer (KSDL): 1) Each bottle received is emptied almost 100 gm. So my question is: Is this due the design of the bottle and done by the manufacturer or is this because of some 3rd party theft issue? Pics uploaded. 2) In case the manufacturer is filling up the bottles as per the pics uploaded, then they should either modify the design of the bottles or give the customers a way so that we could understand the genuinity of the product. How could we understand that some 3rd party has not done some theft in between? 3) One of the bottles received has the KSDL hologram sticker removed and resticked again. Pics uploaded. How could we know about the theft of 3rd party? It defames and affects the genuinity of the product. KSDL should address such issues and give their customers a way to handle, so that we can distinguish a genuine product. 4) KSDL should improve their website so that we can order directly from KSDL. There are few products that are very expensive to order via Amazon and I wish I could order them directly from KSDL through their website. Giving 3 star just because of the confusion held as described. Otherwise this a superb product that everybody should use. KSDL must create some awareness as all KSDL products are skill based. No doubt all KSDL products are superior ones.
