If a person is buying 2x2tube he should not be charged for 2shipments (as cost for minimum shipment is same). If getting this cost reduce than only make sense to order online and block your money or just buy 1tuba time at lesser cost.

They are not giving ointment with blue cap. Instead they are providing white caped ointment which is less effective. They dont even have return or replacement policy.
