This is a very soft cup and even though I ordered a medium it has a much smaller diameter than cups (like SanNap, which I had been using for over 3 years) that have a wider diameter opening and taper towards the end. I had many leaks and took me a while to realize that I needed a larger size. The intimate wash is alright and has a strong but pleasant scent. The menstrual cup wash works well and has so far been very useful to prevent staining. But ensure you check if the diameter is right for you and consider sizing up before ordering because the cup has a long shape, (not conical) small diameter and is very soft so leads to leaks, especially at night.
