Partner was scared and skeptical about using the cup instead of a panty liner. Major concerns/confusions on whether it will fit inside from its unfolded rim size, ease of inserting and removing, leak, any skin damage, how to remove if it goes deep inside, will the stem touch while sitting, etc. After reading a couple of online articles and personal experience videos on youtube etc, she decided to try this. The first time was difficult due to overstress but placed successfully. 5th-day usage was less stressful. She said she forgot the period many times and didn’t face any discomforts like a panty liner. She said she won’t use any more liner in the future. Cup is economical and environmentally friendly. Below are the tips from usage.- Use your index figure to measure the cervix length and order according to the size chart. Note that the cup should be fully inside after placement.- She was more comfortable with C fold than push down fold while placing. The experience may vary with individuals. Hence don’t be panic if one-fold didn’t suit you. Try the next one until the best method is discovered.- She was more comfortable in a sitting down position than squat or one leg on the toilet etc. Try out each position and figure out the best one.- She used the panty liner for 2 days until she got confidence. No more liners from 3rd day onwards.- While placing, use your index finger on the bottom of the cup to ensure that it unfolded fully inside. Gently push the stem to ensure the vacuum holding- While removing, use the index figure to squeeze one side at the bottom to release the vacuum and gently pull down. Don’t be hurry here. Be prepared for spill down of fluid during initial attempts. It will be effortless over time.- Finally, relax and calm down before inserting or removing. The first cycle will be like trial and error on various methods/positions etc. Once used to it, one will be better comfortable with a cup than any other solution.

Been using it for over a year now. Newbies go for the smallest one. Takes some time to getting used to. Do not panic, at first it'll probably take around an hour to insert it and remove it. Using the tuck in fold is the easiest. Use both hands to remove it if one hand isn't working. Hold the stem of the cup with your dominant hand from the outside and insert one finger of the other hand to break the suction and pull out. Try swigling the cup if it seems to be stuck. DO NOT pull out forcefully, be patient and take your time. Clean your hands throughly with plain water before inserting and removing. Avoid using any type of soap. Other cleaning agents aren't necessary however you can use the cleaning solutions offered by this same brand.Once you the the hang of it, it's a breeze. Can be worn for 8-12 hours at a stretch, although should be changed more frequently. Wash with plain water throughly after each use and sterilize it after every cycle.It costs less than what pads will cost you in about 6 months and on top of that is environmental friendly as it can be used for more than 5 years. So go ahead without any doubt. It may prove to be one of your best purchases. I have been skeptical to use this cup asthe thought was scary. Something that is inside you which collects your blood. ??I did my research and consulted doctor to be sure. I was tired of using pad and wanted to switch to some better alternative. Tempon was never a option due to various cases I read online. Hence I was left with 3 option. Reusable pads, period panty and menstrual cup. Came to know about menstrual disc but that was still not a option for me. I ordered the cup and it arrived few days before my periods start. I saw in some online video where they asked to practice before the period. I tried but was drastically failed. I thought will never be able to use it. N stopped trying out. But on the day of my periods I thought let's give it a try. Blood acts as lubricant in this case and it's easier to glide the cup in. It was super smooth process and didn't face any difficulty. It did leak a bit but thankfully I used a pad for safety... But as you use it you don't leak atall . This is such a life changerComing to peesafe menstrual cup this is my first cup. It's soft and medical grade which makes it easy to handle, clean and stiralise. It comes in good packaging and a storage pouch. It's a good deal

I've been using this cup for 3yrs. I started using it when I was 13.Love this product that I recommend this one to all my friends and family members. The stem has a grip on it and a small ball like thing at the end which is both very helpful in the usage of the cup. I've not seen any other brands that has this similar design. <-- One of the biggest reason why I love peesafe's menstrual cup!A black drawstring bag will be given with it unlock the beige sack shown in the picture.Honestly a 10/10!
