As also suggested by "FitTuber", I use this toothpaste way before watching his video, this toothpaste was the first which after using my teeths were visibly white. Most of the people (even my mum) don't know how much amount of toothpaste they should take on the toothbrush, it is clearly mentioned in the back of the packet, but my mum is like: she don't like the lather, that's why she take a very little amount of toothpaste, not sufficient enough to clean 20 teeths. :')
