To be honest, I wanted a tooth pick for mild Tartar buildup between teeth that I could tackle at home.The design of this dental scaler is fairly ergonomic and easy to use, but the pick points are razor sharp.Rather than just clean the Tartar, it’s possible to damage / scrape the tooth itself, or damage your gums, even if used lightly.I’ve used it a couple of times and not very comfortable with it.Buy at your own discretion.
