We live in a hard water area so hair suffers. This product works well with all types of water. When used with the same conditioner the results are better but the same brands conditioner can't be found on Amazon.

Iam not sure wheather it was original or not , but shampoo was good , it felt like a bit changed from the original one that i used but still made my hairs less frizzy and smooth after use , although packaging was not impressive , and the tags were not intact , not sure about recommending it ,though price was very good
