First of all, I'd like to say that Lotus is one of the few beauty brands in India that don't test on animals which is a big plus for me. The shampoo is great, and has a very mild scent. This is the second Lotus shampoo I've tried. I wish this seller sold the conditioner too. The only reason I'm giving this four stars instead of five is because this is full of parabens and sulfates. I wish being an herbal company, they would make their products more natural.

This shampoo is a great at cleansing, and adds a nice shine to the hair afterwards.One (good) thing with this shampoo is that I don't have to wash my hair frequently. One shampoo wash keeps me going for 2-3 days.Can't comment on hair fall...I guess I didn't notice much of a difference.This has become a primary part of my hair care routine.
