It's a very good shampoo. I have long, dry and breaking hair with split ends. The texture is a bit thick but I only need a small amount like a teaspoon to wash my hair. It foams well, smells good but not intensive. It could be used by men as well. It's easy to rinse it out. I always need a conditioner after shampooing, but that's normal for my kind of hair. As far as I can see it doesn't contain any harmful ingredients.

I've been using this shampoo since last year because i had dry hair. It really worked for me, it made my hair soft after every wash. Make sure to apply oil before every hair wash, it's even more effective in softening your hair and make it shine. In addition to this, it also controlled hairfall in my case. I would definitely recommend this shampoo who has dry and dull hair.
