This oil is very light weight and does not feel heavy on the scalp. It smells decent, just like the normal coconut oil. I generally like to warm it before use, and apply around 1 hour prior to hair wash, and it has definitely helped me with my damaged hair. My hair fall is reducing, but not sure if it’s because of the oil, or generally. Overall it’s a great product to try for all hair concerns.
