I take multivitamins regularly and this brand popped up and I bought theirs even though it’s expensive. The packaging is superb, never seen better packaging and there is mint scent in the box and the capsules. The capsules look beautiful and appealing along with being functional. Loved the product overall, just its a little expensive.

Pls be careful before buying this product. It did not suit me at all. I faced severe gastric issues after taking it daily for 10 days. After stopping intake my gastric issues got solved. Again after a gap i restarted intake & same gastric issues came back.I have now thrown the bottle. Waste of money for me.

This used to be a really high quality product when the oil used was mct oil, the recently changed product with omega 3 oil is horrible, gave lots of rotten fish burps and stomach pain for hours. stop using it and had to discard two bottles. The company really needs to go back to mct oil formulation, i feel the are either using fish oil or vegan algae dha for the omega 3 oil, either way it's of horrible quality and might do more harm the good.

I've given the Product three months before posting this review. There is no difference in my energy, stamina or mood. During these three months I've stick to my Yoga regime, good diet and sleep, no drinking and smoking and It still didn't work.
