Reviewing it after getting my D checked in an interval of 3 months. At the start it was 19 and after 3 months it was 20.8 for using 3 months at 600IU (as claimed) it should be sufficient enough to make significant changes. But didn't see any significant changes. Disappointed and wasted my money. Avoid it if you are opting this for vitamin D deficiency.

The box I received doesn't have any details about k2 being added. It's only D3. Also they don't have proper quality control, sometimes I find tiny plastics gunk on the strip, or the strip is melted and goes bad really fast. Would have been a hit with me, if they had good quality control.
