As soon as I started taking these tablets I experienced constipation and upset stomach. I stopped after 4 days. I think these are non heme iron tablets which tends to cause nausea, constipation. Best way to get iron which is heme iron to eat red meat, fish to fulfill your requirements.

Disadvantages
The person who designed the bottle cap needs to be removed from the company. Unnecessary functional design and the person or top level management who approved this packaging shoul be awarded demotion. Just pure non sense even you follow instructions that's why they gave it in the first place. They know it their bottle cap designed is a example of sht level of creativity and functionality.
