D-Mannose is a naturally occurring simple sugar (monosaccharide) that is closely related to glucose. It can be derived from berries peaches apples and some other plants. It is rapidly absorbed by the bloodstream and reaches organs within 30 minutes. Our body doesn't metabolize or store D-Mannose it gets flushed out in the urine.
